Mithrandir Farm is home to a small registered herd of Dexter cattle. 

The Dexter is the smallest cattle bred in North America; cows measure between 30 - 42 inches and bulls between 38 - 46 inches.  Dexters are known for being easy keepers and are easy to handle.  They are considered triple-purposed - used for milk, beef and oxen.  They are a perfect addition to any farm.

They are very comfortable in inclement weather and prefer outdoors when given the option.
